I'm pretty sure he's referring to the stairs being hard to climb, because from what I've seen there's nothing else wrong with the stairs, unless some crazy physics happened to his game and he went through them....

This guy just comes in here, titles a thread "Stairs," and all he says is "Fix them."

He's obviously some kind of badass. Try not to provoke him.
