Locked at 16 fps
#1My game is locked at 16fps no matter what settings I choose. Do I need to install a mod or something to get rid of the lock? Thanks

#2there is a FPS setting ingame that you can change to fix that called "Frame limit" you may be able to fix it by turning that off, if it is on.
