1.0.3 General bug report thread. BUG SQUASHERS!

This will sum up the total amount of remaining bugs I have found in version 1.0.3: The guards still disappear when you look above them. 079 still spawns in the light containment zone(Intentional?), I got an MAV when the intro song failed to play(*It happened while I was in 173s Chamber and The Dread ogg. played). Can the game be played without the patch update? Will we be able to play the final version of the game without the patch? The screen gets notably darker when using the S-nav.
I got an MAV while going in the elevator to the scp 939 storage area(without the patch) The game gets way darker when going into the hallway that has SCP 860, 1025, and 714. And the Map Creator is still not working.

I just downloaded 1.0.3, and I'm having some trouble with what seems to be textures disappearing when I play the game in fullscreen mode. Whenever HUD elements are on-screen, triangles and strips of the nearest textured elements disappear and show whatever is behind them. Opening additional HUD elements such as the inventory or notes seems to make this problem worse as long as they're open.

Running as administrator, in compatibility mode, in different resolutions, and with different primary display drivers doesn't seem to make a difference to the problem. Running windowed seems to stop the problem entirely, though. I'm running Windows 8.1, if that matters.

I use a Windows 8 computer and when I play, there is a really annoying flashing graphical error that covers the bottom half of the screen. Whenever I load a map, it crashes with a MAV error AFTER the intro sequence (including skipping the intro). This makes doing tests take more time. I also noticed a sideways door on a corner room in the light containment zone with a heavy containment zone door. Quick loading after death crashes the game occasionally.

I have that bug too, the only way I've found to avoid it, is to disable the fullscreen.

1.0.3 Elevator problem

So when i play SCP:CB It all works fine untill i try to use a elevator, When i try to goto another floor using a elevator the Game crashes and a error message displays: Memory Access Violation, then closes.
Any help? It's been really annoying.

This, it makes it impossible to progress without console. Also When i sprint into a room after opening the door it'll cause the game to freeze up and not respond and black flickering in the distance which looks like it has something to do with the doors.

I have Light Containment Zone Checkpoints spawning everywhere. But it only happened after I installed BoH. :/ how is dis possiblet*?
Or maybe, it may be to do with me editing the rooms.ini for custom rooms... still, I don't know how or why it is happening.
