[1.0.5] Missing level segments

#1
Hey, I've started playing SCP Containment Breach and found something today which bugs me.
I don't know exactly how much freedom SCP's Level Generation algorithm has, and how random the levels are or if there are any stronger underlying patterns. So I will just describe the path I took from a very accessible area, to a less accesible area.
I found in the Light Containment Zone (LCZ) an elevator which after repeatingly pressing it's button will drive me to a lower level. This level is filled with instances of SCP-939. Upon the other end of the room I find an elevator which drives me up to a secluded, otherwise inaccessible section of the LCZ. This section harbors SCP-012, as well as a spatial anomaly, which simply loops a three room segments. There is also an access to another Heavy Containment Zone (HCZ). Requiring a level 4 keycard to open it, I find myself standing in front of an empty doorway after opening it. There is no button for the door to open and passing through the doorway will make me fall through the level.

Posting a picture of the bug is sort of pointless, but I do it anyways:

I'd be glad if anyone could tell me whether or not I can still progress in the game, or if it is possible for me to tell the game to rebuild this level section.

Ah, hahaha. Yea, that happens, don't worry about it. Regalis made those kinds of things for you to NOT get through. What there supposed to be is, a Heavy Containment Zone Door with a Number Key Pad. This can happen, when the door an the Key Pad doesn't spawn, or the Door spawns locked but the Key Pad is not there, or the Door isn't there and the Key Pad is Sideways. Don't worry about it.

EDIT: Hmm. Read your second comment. Re-download the whole game, instead of the patch. Maybe it's a bug with Patching the game. Delete your existing folder, and re-download the whole game again.

Fun thing is that I started playing the game straight with version 1.0.5. So I never got to the point of having to patch the game. I checked for the existence of the electricity control room using the teleport cheat.
Since the game couldn't find any, and I mapped before every corridor and every door in the game, as well as checked every seemingly malfunctional elevator by pressing the button multiple times; my best guess is that the
electrical control room hasn't been generated at all.

Contact Ragalis, or whoever controls that. I think the change log said it was patched around 1.0. Not sure.

Well the changelog said that it became more unlikely to get a malfunctional seed. Guess I must have been unlucky. :(
