I'm getting this bug too except I'm playing 1.2.2
EDIT: Can't launch the game at all because of it, I've tried running as Admin and doing fullscreen and not fullscreen.

In all non-sarcastic seriousness, did you update to 1.2.1? This doesn't happen to me when I upgraded.

EDIT: If not 1.2.1, try 1.2.2. Also, it's saying ".jpg" is missing, so is there any .jpg files or any files with .jpg missing?

It hasn't happened for a while, so it might be fixed, but it has never said it in the change list.
But all JPG's where there. and there can't be a image with no name (I do not think)
This has happened in 1.2.0 twice, and once in 1.2.1. But it has never happened in 1.2.2. So it might have been fixed. But I am not 100% sure.
