EDIT/UPDATE!

The Blast Door room is still bugged, giving out MAV`s whenever i enter the room inbetween the Blast Doors @ SCP-079`s containment.

I thought this was fixed, but the only workaround is to use the noclip console command, which i`m getting tired of to be honest. Other than that, i still encounter this problem in this SCP CB version...

Have you tried teleporting to the room? Go into the console and type "teleport room079".

I didn`t think of that... *derp* Got only little time now, but just enough to test that ^^

EDIT: did it and it does teleport me there with the console command. Gonna test this with other map seeds tomorrow and post back the map seeds that don`t spawn

Restarted the map seed, i reach SCP-079`s room *BAM* MAV... just now 3rd time in a row
