so I'm trying to download the game but I can' t get it to run. If it helps I'm on windows 10.
So i click mirror 1 (the 206 mb download) and when it's done, i open it with winrar. Then I click on Scp containmentbreach.exe and extract all the files with it. The little screen comes up and then it says "User lib not found." I don' t know what to do here and am hoping someone can help.

If you pulled the game from the folder to the desktop then it won't read any of the files that are needed to play the game, I would recommend putting the entire folder on your desktop.
