How am I supposed to watch Pleasure Island on Youtube when all the space on the left is all empty?

The changes to youtube are simply awful, they were bad when they changed the channel designs, and now they whole layout? Youtube's a waste when it comes to looks and user friendliness these days. You have to be important to have a custom thumbnail now? FFS
