I am POSITIVE that the room is supposed to have lighting and shit but the moment the chapter "Black Mesa East" loaded up, the lighting glitched. Mr. Newell, get your ass up to me office

This has been happening to me as well.
All I can say is:
1: Outdated graphics drivers.
2: Steampipe update shit...?
3: HL3 CONFIRMED.

Nevermind, I fixed it. Apparntly you have to start a new game. Strange enough that I got all my ammo back from the lightless save
