Agreed. But not the actual wiki where is all screwed up. Hum, im going to check the wiki if it is that bad.
Well, the thing is, the mods on the wiki should be mods if they want to be mods there. I could imagine that quite a few of the mods here wouldn't really enjoy having to moderate the wiki as well as the forums.

I personally don't think the wiki is in that bad of condition as some of you say, but the community there is on a much lower standard that the forums, especially seeing how a large portion are anonymous and don't really care for SCP in general, more-so the game. Not to mention the wiki is free to be edited by anyone, including those who are a bit less knowledgeable on the subject at hand. Also, seeing as you were banned Destructoid, while I don't really see it as justifiable, the wiki has been seeing a LOT of griefing in the past and I guess some of the mods were just a bit over-wary.
It slep time bunner.

I do agree with what Omniary says, I don't share the same feelings of the wiki being comprised of 12 year olds, though as I said I do agree that the community does not hold to the same standard we do.

While I don't think we need to start removing wiki mods, I do think some of the pages need to be tided up, but that is another matter.

Then we could at least ask them to make the wiki not editable by any1 and put the right stuff. I still remember CostaRic put that alien-like SCP 173 without any problems...
One day, on Steam..

If I remember correctly Costaric became a mod through begging.
I'm not here as much right now, mention me on our Discord server if you need anything.

From what I can recall Costarica asked the wiki creator multiple times to be made an admin, eventually Geogzm caved and made him one. At the time I was not an Admin on the wiki so I was quite disterbed that someone could so easily be appointed as an admin, fortuantly he did not force his "version" of SCP-173 onto the actual canon.

Destructoid wrote:No, seriously, they're a bunch of 12 year olds who aren't even forumers jerking each other off and adding useless information and anecdotes. There's short outdated pictures everywhere and these people can't write a wiki for their lives. We need a forum organized clean-up operation done there.
agree, they're just wiki contriburators.

We might need a new wiki all together, I managed to find a wiki site where you can use it to make a wiki: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki (Not exactly sure how it works)
