Empty Threat. They will not win. They also tried to sign a pact with Volgograd and Grozny. They Both declined, now Korea is threatening Russia too. They will lose if their dumb yellow asses try and pull any shit on the Russian Army. Excuse my rascism I do not enjoy my country's existence being threatened.

The murder of James Bulger, a very interesting case regarding the fact that the offenders were both young boys of over 10 years of age. I had a recent discussion on this subject relating to "The age of reason", in regards to weather someone this young can be held accountable for their actions. Now people will argue this for a while but I think that at around the age of 10 a person is easily capable to knowing right from wrong, while a 10 year old could be excused for something minor such as taking a lollipop but brutally torturing and murdering another person is something that is easily distinguishable as being wrong, and I personally think that a child of that age is fully accountable for their actions.

To quote an old Jesuit saying, "Give me a child until he is seven and I will give you the man".

You speak true reason my friend. I do agree with this, for if my family heard of me performing such misconduct, they would not try and keep the law from doing what is right, at any age, whether I be toddler, young adult, or where I am now. If you did something bad conscientiously, you deserve to pay for it. If he grew up where I grew up, he would most likely be in a gulag for the rest of his days.
