Re: 'The SCP:CB forums's downfall: Origins'

Here is my quick analysis of the story in my opinion.
After the departure of Regalis to fight in the Spider-Cyborg wars, bots started to attack the forum lands in greater intensity, the job of the moderators is to defend the forums while Steelpoint (That's me!) watches over the forums itself, this essentially leaves the mods to do most of the main defense work.

At this time Steelpoint is researching new ways to combat the bot threat, with varying amounts of success. During the conflict Irontaco, one of the newer mods, discovers a cardboard box, though it is not any normal box as is evident when Irontaco hides inside the box during a surprise Bot attack which overruns an outer thread zone, and survives. Eventually Steelpoint takes note of the cardboard box and under the "Admin Authority Act" takes the box from Irontaco against his will. Mind you this is now at the point where defeat against the bots was drawing closer and closer, not to mention several of the moderators were removed from their positions.

Suddenly Steelpoint unveils a grand new weapon, a weapon so powerful it ends the bot war in one fell swoop. Irontaco notes that this weapon seems similar to the box that was taken from him. Steelpoint's popularity soars with the population, however Irontaco feels outraged that Steelpoint stole his box and took all the credit. Though whether the box was the weapon to end the war or that all the time of research Steelpoint conducted culminated in the weapon that coincidentally appeared not long after the box was taken.

For whatever reason, I can't think of one, TrialTrex also beings to emphasize with Irontaco, as well as several other forum users.

We enter a period of peace and prosperity, new thread zones have been created and entire new forum provinces have been created, however things do not last as Irontaco finally strikes.
On the actual ARG, I did take note of the letters at the start but I failed to notice that they could construe a URL. Nice job whoever figured it out.

That's because human characters can be boring. We've got an Enderman(although now I am a steampunk cyborg), a Gorilla, a Robot Monkey, a Fancy Statue, a Pony Thing, and a Spider.
