You only read the title, didn't you? And this is SOPA 3.0, directed at people who upload videos containing ANY COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL down to the last pixel of a video game. This includes you and me. If this act passes, it will be considered a felony to upload such videos, no matter how harmless and/or innocent. As the guy in the video said: "Little kid uploads a video of him singing a song by his favorite musician? Sorry, SOPA passed, kid's parents are going to prison."
