I don't think it's at the point where we need to take drastic measures yet, unless the mods are deleting 100s of bot junk a day that we don't know about.

But isn't there some kind of Captcha verification? I can't remember. If so, how is that not keeping the bots out???

Some bot makers can program a Capcha solver into the bots program code, I've seen it before and it's very irritating.
What fun is there in making sense?

OMG I didn't think that was possible.

Also I just checked. We do have one but it's not the most sophisticated. They should install the one that looks like this that's more new, better, sophisticated, and less easy to hack (so I've heard):
