I have PMed Omniary about this thread.

I think omniary is perfectly fine in the position he has been appointed. We have plenty of moderators and plenty of admins. Maybe when there are more members but for now, no.

Actually it'd be better to have more admins/moderators when there is more forum flood.

Omniary has always been helpful, descriptive and friendly. I really do like him for that, and I assume that the rest of the community obviously agrees with me. I think Omniary, like Steelpoint, would become a great administrator, as he is highly active and has the highest post count of any of the people here with authorities.

Also, he started an everlasting fad on this forum; jimmies. My jimmies would be very pleased to see Omniary like Omniary.

I do not really think now is a time for a new admin, like I said when this forum is more active and there is a lot of post flood that will be the time for another admin or moderator.

And SFK I see this as somehow you trying to get yourself to rise to power.

I honestly do not see a reason as to why we should appoint anyone to a third Admin role, considering that a Moderator and Administrator have very similar powers when it comes to moderating the forum, an Admin just has more indepth powers that, for the vast majority of the time, will not ever be needed.

A Moderator is far sufficient for this situation.

I hope any of you don't mind my say in this, since I'm in question here, but I agree with most of you on the decision to stay a moderator here. The admin team is fine as is, both Regalis and Steelpoint are doing a great job of tending to the forum without a third admin, as I see, for about as long as the forum really does need one, which they don't at the moment. I don't see myself in any higher position that the other mods to be put in this situation, nor do I feel I deserve this thread over any of them. So, as you'd expect, I would agree with everything both Steelpoint and WhiteAce have said.

So, yes, I would most definitely like to keep my name green.
