But isn't that against the rules? Like, Avoiding your Ban or whatever?

This forum.... has never been that good with keeping people banned. SFK was banned about 3-4 times before, but he kept coming back. Combine also just recently(ish) came back from his perma-ban, and he's been doing okay.

Trying to not go off-topic too much here, but how do you avoid/come back from a perma-ban?

No, they care... just not 100% of the time.
