As of the finite moment in spacetime I now occupy, I am approximately eight years old. However, there are an infinite more "instances", so to speak, of my three-dimensional existence in the multi-dimensional fabric of spacetime. So I can be any age, so long as you shed your 3D nature and travel via alternate dimensions or strings or whatever. Good luck with that.
