I honestly don't see any problem with Vex, he's been a nice person so far, and i think the rules should be re-adjusted, having a link with NSFW written all over it shouldn't be rule breaking, after all, if the user clicks it, it was his/her choice, unlike a image, which you can't avoid seeing (unless spoilered).

I dunno, maybe the rules were over-enforced a bit? I feel it was connected to certain person hearing a negative opinion about their favorite show.

Either way, let's not get into drama, alright?

Thats how I felt, and also I sent a message to steelpoint about it.
Its just I felt the mods were letting their fandom push them to abuse their powers.

This is nothing to do with bronies, It's you repeated linking to a site I told you not to link to on multiple occasions.

There is no rule against linking sites, especially since I put NSFW in the first place.
You are in the wrong. Steelpoint dictates the meaning of the rules, not you, Trialtrex, Irontaco or anyone else in these forums including me.

I actually think it's time to review the rules. This site is for a horror game. Obviously, no pornography is a must-have rule. But i think most users are old enough to know if clicking certain link or not.

However, I would like the rules more defined. For instance, smothering a link in NSFW should not and I believe is not rule breaking.

Allow me to interject.

Since I do not know what NSFW site was linked I can't comment on that, unless someone sends me a link. I will state that if the link lead to ANY immediate pornographic content then that is grounds for a warning. I don't want any further arguments on this issue, if Vex wants to clear your name send me a link to the website in question and I will make a decision based on that.

More so on topic while I do hope that most of the users here will be able to handle a little NSFW content (This is a forum dedicated to a horror game essentially), I don't want to allow porn images to be posted here. I do think however that linking to a NSFW website that does not host pornographic content is fine so long as it is marked as such, in fact this forum could be construed to be NSFW since we often talk about disturbing topics. Finally I have been a bit slack in enforcing the image size rules, I will go over it again and re implement that. Do note that either way animated signatures are not permitted, though I may allow for minor animated sigs such as moving eyes or hands.

As I have said before, I will never allow anyone's opinion to be blocked and I will personally ban a user who goes out of their way to harass and devalue a users opinion, this includes moderators.

This got way out of hand and was blown way out of proportion, I cannot believe how much I have missed during my very short absence it appears all the drama goes on when I am not accessing this site.

The image review has been done. And why is this gone too far with Vex‘s NSFW link? Why is this thread still opened? Steelpoint dealt with this.
