As the OP of this thread, I will allow putting others in 914, as long as it isn't intended for being a jerk, seeing as putting in FUCKING SCPS is commonplace. (I'm going to regret this.)

The Cure's output: SCP-999. No differences other than the nucleus being replaced by a human brain. The brain's DNA matched that of Dr. Imperfect.

Apple's output: SCP-513. When rung, an ectoentropic effect caused a new instance of SCP-096 to appear 3 meters away.

Hm I think I'll take a crack at this :v

Output: A very tall humanoid creature capable of teleportation, with flushed skin and a round abdomen. Subject continuously made a █████ sound, and was able to materialize █████████, which it would give to researchers. Subject remained under study until it began appearing in employee homes, after which it was decided subject is to be [DATA EXPUNGED]. Mysterious █████████ given to researchers is currently under study for its ███████ properties.

Input: A dog, very fine

Output: A large canine animal with a similar DNA structure to a domestic dog. Subject was benevolent, yet many researchers described as unnerving in some fashion. As of ██/█/██, subject disappeared without a trace, whereabouts unknown.
