So, I just moved from Spain to Venezuela, and when I try to buy games on steam, it wont let me.
I have Euros registered, but it says that I have to have dolars to buy stuff.
Is there a way I can "change" euros to dolars? (I find it stupid that steam doesn't do it automatically) Or am I screwed?

I dunno, one of my mates said it does, or maybe they were boasting about having £40 in dollars still on his account.

Steam's kind of an ass when you're abroad, a healthy alternative is thepiratebay, though it makes me feel guilty since I like valve, but can't play their games when I'm in asia...

Anyways, Steam assumes a 1:1 rate of change, so games cost MORE when buying in euros. (And then Thar's tax!)
