So at this point, things have changed between my mom.
-She and the rest of the family got along.
-She went to the hospital for a week so she could be tested on different medication.
-We eventually started the battle against Kyle in court.
So that last part may be confusing: shortly after I created the first thread, Kyle came over to my house and was aware of mom's condition. Because of that, when he went to take the baby, he went forcefully. He didn't want Haven around mom when she was acting the way she was at the time. Mom tried to stop him, but to no avail and even got huge bruises on her arms and other places (don't even put your dirty mind in that thought process either). Personally, It's my fault because I let him take her, I just thought he was taking her because of the weekly switch interval we used to have. On Fridays, we let Kyle pick up the baby for him to have her on the weekends and return her on Sunday/Mondays. It's not like that anymore...
So commence the list of events above and we are in court. I was staying at Grandma's house for the duration of the trial and playing Minecraft on Singleplayer Survival. When Grandma came back, she was in subtle tears. She told me that the protective orders between Mom and Kyle have been lifted and we are in shared custody now. Though if I remember this correctly: he gets more time to keep her than we do.
So lets fast forward to today. In between I met this guy who worked at a casino as an IT tech. Well, technically my mom met him and when he noticed the Aperture Science sticker on my bedroom door, he said "Thats the kid for me

So fast forward to today for real this time, me, mom, and the IT tech: his name is Brandon, went to Olkmolge (srry if the town name is wrong obviously) to pick up the baby. When we got there, I was shocked. Kyle's back car door was WIDE open. It was cold in the night breeze and to make things even worse: Kyle gave mom a bag with only ONE diaper and FOUR wipes, not to mention her pants were SOAKING WET and she eventually started COUGHING AND SNEEZING. God knows what she caught living with those rednecks out there. You heard me right, Kyle's parents are SEMI-REDNECKS.
So yeah, what kind of fathering is this?
