i found a video of someone reading one of the articles and decided to read more myself, 3 hours later i was hooked. the SCP in the video was SCP-513 i think.

Probably discovered it on youtube as i was searching for scary game videos from random lets players.
You know it begun with Slender and suddenly SCP-087 from Haversine came. I wondered about the strange name. It had to mean something.
And everything went so quick then. SCP-087-B came and then Containment Breach. I got sucked into it. Don't know when but it was very interesting.

Interesting story, really. I learned of the SCP Foundation through a TV Tropes page on popular creepypastas, and was intrigued by what I heard of it. After a bit of research, I came to the wiki itself and used my spare time during my school lunch breaks to read any articles that caught my attention (This included 053, 106, and 294, though oddly enough SCP-585 was the first I ever read). Within just a few days I was hooked, and I discovered Containment Breach shortly afterwards.

So I guess it's not a very interesting story after all. I hope it was informative either way.

Well, SCP-087-B played by Pewdiepie. Upon going to the site, I discovered a link to Foundation wiki. Oddly, it was scary enough to play 087-B.

And Containment Breach was discovered then later in 2012 played by Pewdiepie.
