This idea is for separate skins to install, like how people mod TF2 or L4D, adding random little skins.

This would mean NO full mods.

So if anyone makes a skin or something and doesn't know what to do with said skin, they can simply put it in the skins section.

I read this and thought this was for Minecraft at first.

Shouldn't this just be in modding or something?

I could have sworn there was a "minor mod" section in there at some point...
