Maybe When the player is shot in the leg or something he can take painkillers to help run for a short amount of time... and for the sake of usefulness for cold pills and scp-914, you can put cold pills on fine and make some painkillers

As you may have heard, there is very little canon shared in the Foundation, and practically all content in CB that happens, story-wise isn't already canon and based off a tale. That's because CB is already its own tale and has its own canon. So that clears for a lot of creative freedom, so the situation is plausible. Not to mention I seriously want to see a cut scene where 049 'cures' someone against their will. You could come to a hospital room with 049 and a victim at the far end of the room, hearing 049 say "There is no need to be alarmed, I am here to help you." to the person whom is lying prostrate on a medical bed. Oblivious to who is speaking, hey seem relieved, and almost grateful until 049 suddenly grabs them by the face and closes the hospital curtain, obscuring the process. Perhaps some sounds of a utensils cutting through the skin, among various splattering and 049 finally saying "..you'll see soon, good sir, that my cure is most effective.".

Interesting! Maybe you could walk into an operating room and on the far side you see two silhouettes behind a curtain lit on the other side - one silhouette being 049 and the other a body on a bed. then 049 would proceed to say and do the things you mentioned. i prefer not actually seeing 049 during this process, so that we can only imagine how horrific he is from behind a shadow. then after creating the 049-2 instance with his "surgery", he could walk through the curtain and towards the player and proceed to scare the crap out of him/her with his classic line, "oh, yet another victim of the disease!"
