Yes, CostaRic is quite active on the wiki. He's tried to add his concept art onto the wiki as well, I edited it.

It doesn't helped that he begged for the creator of the wiki admin status and actually got it.

Wait! He is an admin on the Game's wiki? If anything I should be an Admin since I did a huge amount of work on that wiki when it first started, in fact I am still the 3rd highest ranked user.

On topic however, he is not being banned unless he breaks enough rules to warrant it. However I do see it as poor form of him going in and changing the SCP-173 image to his own interpretation.
