Also the intro sequence seems to have broken, when the lights go out, Pinkie disappears and the sounds glitch up, I've not done anything to the code lately so I have no idea what is happening.

I have no idea, but the armature when exported, and animation wanted to be UNDER the map, I fixed, or atleast I thought I did.
