Like I said a while ago, a shared dropbox account, or preferrably, MEGA, since you get much more for free and you need an encryption key to access the files. Everyone would have the password and we'd have folders for possible content, final content, stuff like that. It could streamline the process. Also, this isn't a democracy, the leader should use good judgement and do what the rest of us want, but still have enough power to tell us if he thinks something is shitty, but his word shouldn't be the final word.

It seems that several people have been mentioning their distaste in the story of the mod, so because of that I'm going to be making a vote. I want everybody who's on the mod development team to chose wether or not they want the story to be re-written.

If the story does get re-written, then every single backstory and update will be mentioned on this thread so that we can get everybody's opinion on specific ideas. I'll make sure that I get everybody's opinion on a certain topic or idea before we make it official, so that nobody's opinion feels undervalued.

I personally think that the story should get re-written surprisingly enough. While I still think that it doesn't have many flaws, I still feel that some decisions....ok, most were picked without everybody's opinion on the idea. Like the 914 backstory or the main backstory for that matter.

On the topic of making a system so that everybody can edit the mod's resources, I have been playing around with MEGA and I'll probably post all of the resources there and give all of the contributors the password so that everybody can edit it. However, I should mention that if you're changing something in the resources you should mention it on this thread so that everybody will know.

I am fine with the story by far, which it is quite interesting, but it could easily be ruined with just 1 messed up note, but otherwie its just fine.

I already told you why I can't ignore the story, you repeatedly shove it in our faces. And I don't see how it is strange that I want my work removed if I quit (which includes the name, by the way), and no, you can not just remove my name from the credits and hope drama never happens.

I suck at writing and my vocabulary isn't that necessarily good but I'll give it a shot if I get a task.

Before anything on here escalates more than it already has, I think i have an idea that can fix the problem some have with Twilight sitting in the room where 914 is.

Affected by the spell that made them all crazy, Twilight could in the mod have built 914 and infused it with magic to give it it's abilities that it has.
She could have made it in the basement under the ponyville library, but was later moved to the foundation site for inspection and research, which Twilight wouldn't agree to let happen unless she was allowed to stay with it.
The room 914 is in could in fact become her office, which she is able to enchant so only people and ponies with a keycard is allowed to enter since the keycard would be a key to going through the barrier she has cast around the room.

This will let her be able to sit in 914's room and also give her her own office, and would also give an explainable reason as to why she still is in the facility during the breach.

That's actually a really good idea, I like it.

I always thought that she would be the cured one of the mane six, but would still be covered in bandages and crap, so she'd have to stay in 914's room. I'd rather she'd BE 914.

Same, I'd prioritize curing Twilight pretty high.

Although if she is going to BE 914, then I want bedmane Twilight back.
