Finished the game. Even then, I haven't seen any first aid kits or bulletproof vests, where are they?

Also, did anyone else notice a extreme lack of papers? I wasn't capable of finding the 914 note or 374 article.

It's 25 times more likely to survive being shot in the head than it is to loose weight.
