Yeah that looks really good. But SCP-178's warning sign is kind of low res, and the Cognitohazard classification is kind of debatable, since the instances of SCP-178-2 seem to be more than a mental effect as they can physically interact with you. The tags state SCP-178 as being "intangible".

You could just take the cognitohazard label from 079s sign.

Those signs are smaller than the 178 sign. That's why it was kinda blurry. And unless an artist can remake it, I can't fix it.
