I think that he means the textures from the videos Regalis made in the REALLY early stages of the game.

There is an old door texture in the GFX file. But the rest is history.

All of the textures that are in-game can be found in the GFX folder (SCP - Containment Breach v0.6.6\GFX)
For the textures of the SCPs, and other NPCs click "npcs" [obviously].
