Was surfing through the scp reddit, and found that someone came across a video titled: "TO THE SCP FOUNDATION". They said it seemed to have some sort of morse code in it or something. I played it, and it starts with static filling the video, and what sounds like morse code playing. Like a message of some sorts?
On the screen are the words "To The SCP Foundation".

EDIT: The Reddit thread is getting pretty big, and some theories are running around. It can either be a promotion for a game, a reading channel, or a webseries. All chaos insurgency themed.
