[1.0.5] 106 Double Kill

Hey guys,

I noticed that a lot of times when I get sent to the pocket dimension by 106, 106 instantly kills me when I get there. What I did to investigate was that as soon as 106 started to come up through the floor, I enabled god mode in the console commands. What followed was that as soon as I got to the pocket dimension, I got a shmear of the sound when 106 punches you (don't know which SFX file), and as I walked forward and looked back, I saw 106 upside down right above my spawn point walking in place. So I assume that the reason I (or any player in this situation) die immediately is that, for some reason, 106 spawns upside down right on top of me and is able to instantly kill me.

Let me know if you can replicate the scenario with my save file (106 will take about 4 seconds or so to spawn):

I have seen other posts from people who are having the same issue on previous versions. Is this an actual bug, or are the developers just trying annoy people? :laugh:

This is a very common bug. Regalis may be working on this as we speak for 1.0.6, but it is a Common bug. You might as well wait for the new version, or disable 106 for some playthrough. If you still want him on, make sure you know shortcuts to get away from 106. At 173's Chamber, 106 won't go there unless spawned.

Maybe a glitch when he is supposed to spawn in his throne room and instead above your head? I don't know just an idea....
