When I was playing SCP CB and when I went into the red room I freaked out because I saw 173 , but I noticed something was wrong. Every time whe I blinked or turned away SCP 173 just jumps and dosen't move. Another time when that happened when I was In the gas catwalk room. I did not use console commands change his speed at all.

Hmm, by red room, do you mean the T-shaped room? Because in that room, he moves for me, but he doesn't approach the player, he just circulates the I-shaped part of the room with the button. I haven't run into the catwalk occurrence though.

I have ran into this bug in the red T shaped room as well, 073 seemed to be getting stuck on the vent grate and was unable to move passed it.
