Are there any ideas of creating a mac version? I've seen other posts about it but no clear answers on whether or not it is planned. Please post any replies that may help. Thanks!

The next update will have WIP macOS support. We still need to sort out high DPI scaling and code signing, but other than that it's nearly fully functional now.

I am not sure but mono can be installed on a mac and in theory you can run barotrauma.
