This project was in work for about 2 years, and with the amount of money raised for it over that time, i'm believing this was a huge fraud.

it was an illigal remake of runescape, Jagex Closed it down by threatening to sue.

Play normal runescape if you wish to play or other p-servers.

First MMORPG I ever played in 2006, was amazing. I get all those feels seeing the old title screen + music. I played for about 2 years to level 60 (mainly screwing around a lot). I admire 2006scape for they're attempt to recreate the old game, but Jagex has they're own direction and I could see this coming a long ways away..

I wasn't even aware there was a 2006Scape.

I first played RuneScape back in 2005, Ha ha. I stopped ages ago but I only log on occasionally just for special events. It has changed alot that I sometimes even lose track of alot of things.

I'm still playing the real runescape, and can't wait for the update that brings it into html5.
An MMORPG that doesnt depend on java or flash, and can be run on any computer with internet access.
