D-9341 should be seen in some endings (and in some you even need to kill him), but he won't have guns (as even of the mod adds multiple features, it should still be something like a opposite thing between this mod and Vanilla SCP:CB (an example for this: Half-Life;Half-Life Opposing Force;Half-Life Blue Shift)). But he would probably only having something like a Kevlar and/or some wounds (probably bandaged ones).
