Try to set framelimit=0 and vsync=0 in the "options.INI" file (not the file located in "NineTailedFoxMod\" folder!)

I haven't even encountered the Class-D, couldn't find him in any of the three zones.

Does he appear randomly or in a certain room?
Playing SCP : Containment Breach since v0.6.5.

You mean the MAV appearing at the second loading-screen at around 80%? That would mean that the pocket dimension hadn't been generated.
And I'm planning on implementing new SCPs.
And about the Class-D: I know, his AI is still WIP.

You need to spawnd him using the console and type in "spawn d2".
