When SCP-096 starts chasing the player the sound "096_3.ogg" usually begins to play, however, even if both, Music Volume and Sound Volume are set to the lowest value possible it still plays at full volume. This is the only instance of this bug I could find, but there might be more sounds that ignore the audio settings. I think this might be caused by the fact that that specific sound is neither assigned to the "Music" nor the "Sound" category so it isn't affected by the audio settings at all (this however is speculation, it could be caused by something else).
