Did you extract? Because if you merged the contents of the two (by dragging everything from the NTF mod folder to the SCP CB folder) and ran the Nine tailed Fox executable, it should work. If it doesn't, that's because you need to move the executable from the NTF folder to the main SCP CB directory.

Make sure that you merge the folders by dragging everything from inside the Nine-Tailed Fox ZIP into the main SCP Containment Breach directory, click "Replace" on every prompt that pops up, then cut and paste the modded executable from the NineTailedFox folder to the main directory of SCP Containment Breach (I then suggest deleting the unmodded executable). It should work after that.

If the MAV is happening directly after starting the EXE and you tried everything out, then maybe you should try changing the standard resolution in the "options.INI" file:

Code: Select all

[options]
width = 1366
height = 768
fullscreen = false
gfx driver = 2
Change the width to 1024 and the height to 768 (Resolution:1024X768) because some computers don't have this Resolution available and maybe this is causing the problem. If it's still not working, try out what Alphive said.
EDIT: And try out KirbyMario's method too if it still not works.
