There's a guy under the name of "WWW.TEAMGAMERFOOD.COM" who spams his username in the chat, and he uses proxys to get around bans. There should be a 1 second cooldown before chat messages, and the host should be able to mute, removing a person's ability to chat.

They're all around every game in the world and their sole purpose is to grief. They don't stop with just spams, if they can't spam they will attempt to DdoS you.

There's already been the anti chat-spam feature added.
Just ban him.
