I feel like stating that everything in his report can be explained because of his operating system might as well be a disregard, given that the last 80 times you mentioned this you left it at that and didn't try to actually help the user. :/

This is almost as bad as your disregard of bugs because of console usage.
We with Shaun still trying to find a problem. If it is not a Win 10 problem, then it might be a video card. Hmm... Maybe he should try to update video drivers?

I really wanted to play this game, could you maybe update the game engine so it is compatible with Windows 10?
Well, what also could help is to know with what option settings you are playing this game.
The problem is that I can't reproduce this bug because I get like 200 FPS in this game during gameplay (even on high settings), but I would still try to get this bug tracked down and fixed

EDIT: Just a little question: What graphics card do you have/use for SCP:CB?

Well, my main one for the computer is the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600, but I also have NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M, which I can't seem to choose in the launcher for SCP-Containment Breach. So maybe that is something you can update? But the same thing happens on my dad's computer as well, even though we both have different drivers, which is strange, so if you want to ask me more questions or if there is anything that I may have left out, go ahead and ask me and I'll answer as soon as possible. Thank you.

Well, usually it isn't a bug that SCP:CB left out your third graphics card (the launcher is supposed to show all graphics cards that are compatible with Blitz3D, maybe your GTX 770M isn't compatible with Blitz3D?
Anyway, I can still take a look at the graphics card selection thing in the launcher. Maybe there is something that needs to be fixed.
Personally, I don't know why this issue happens. It never happens for me. At which version did those issues start?

I have also noticed this texture flickering. It happens on every computer I play on, usually starting after the game's been running for a while, I go down an elevator, or I go to the room with all the monitors. All on windows 10, in either fullscreen or borderless mode!

Graphics cards include AMD Radeon 390, Nvidia 840M
Processors are all intel

These problems started ever since I got the game which I believe was something before 1.2 or maybe it was 1.2 but I know it was 1.2 or lower.

My drivers are all up to date by the way :)

Well, it will be hard to track down all issues. But apparently there is an overload with some things within the game (and it's not beacuse of Blitz3D BTW because games like Tecno - The Base (a Blitz3D game) run just fine and I can play hours of it without it overloading or such).
But yeah, SCP:CB needs optimization at a lot of points.

So what exactly am I supposed to do if anything at all?

Yeah I've noticed that generally this overloading issue begins around 1500MB of ram usage by scp: cb. This can cause bugs like textures not loading, the renderer breaking and causing massive flickering of all textures, or mavs. I've played for about two hours and every time that these issues happen I can confirm that cb is around 1500MB of usage, +/- 50MB.
