I think it deserves AT LEAST a warning. Sending PMs to pretty much every single member is spam in itself.
Plus, sending Batch Files without context or such is dangerous in itself. What if it is harmful?

I'm sure that not every member is capable of differencing a simple prank to a potentially harmful download.

i didn't thoroughly read through all of the posts here but it did look like he tried to send some sort of malicious file, aka a virus..

I'm pretty sure if the admin/mods got the same message they will ban him.

However, it doesn't really do much unless they try to ban his IP

and even then, if he was trolling on a proxy then the IP ban is useless...

It looks like this was definitely just some guys prank I would highly recommend deleting the message and just ignoring it, obviously he is trying to get as much attention towards his prank as possible and is probably someone who believes SCPs are real and could possibly be the end of the earth, that is all.

It's a stretched out black and white picture of twins, supposed to scare you.

Also the Batch file in explanation is supposed to spam your PC until it freezes, I would now highly recommend ignoring this file.

Yeah well, unsuspecting users with little PC knowledge might not know this though.

Lol I remember going into a thread being curious to see what people were posting and seeing something like that and then i was like:
But that jerk with his PMs possibly scared some people and worst of all could have ruined THE FUCKING SCP ARTICLE for others who have not read it yet.

When you see the pic outside of the article it makes you think like, wtf?

However in the article it warns you and gives a crazy story on it, making it actually truly scary when you click the button to show the picture...
