The document says that 76 is:
-super fast (this means an enchanment for speed in boots, if there is any)
-can break reinforced steel doors (a normal diamond/steel pickaxe is enough)
-take a lot of damage (such as bullets) before dying (diamond armor, with a few enchanments to reduce damage)
-survive asphixiation for a long time (I think there is an enchanment for that)
-materialize weapons (this is not needed, just have a sword with enchanments)

Ok, so after searching a little, i found the enchanments that could help
Armor:
Helmet:
-Respiration III
-Protection IV
-Unbreaking III
Legs and chestplate:
-Protection IV
-Unbreaking III
Boots:
-Protection IV
-Feather fallin IV
-Unbreaking III

Weapons:
Sword:
-Sharpness V
-Unbreaking III


These enchants might have to be nerfed. I just put the max abeliable because I don't know how effective they are.

SCP-073.

Lots of protective armour to prevent death and thorns enchantment (Any damage done to him gets done back). Perhaps a flint and steel to "kill" the grass or a bucket of water.

Ok, I had a few ideas on how to "arm" the SCPs:

SCP-173
-Give godmode
-One hit kill command (if that even exists)
-If not, a diamond sword with enchants

SCP-096
-Give godmode
-Diamond pickaxe with enchants
-Diamond sword with enchants
-TNT (this is to destroy walls and stuff, since he is really strong. Maybe only one TNT allowed per explosion)

SCP-106
-Diamond pickaxe with enchants
-Netherrack for corrosion (absidian is too tough)
-Godmode? (since he can only be attacked with light. He should only be attacked with filnt and steel, fire enchant sword, and fire enchant bow)

SCP-076
-Diamond sword with enchants
-Diamond pickaxe (he can break to steel doors, so he can break through other stuff)
-Diamond helmet with Respiration II enchant (he can last a while without droning)
-Diamond armor with protection enchant (II or III, Im not sure how effective the enchant is)
-Diamond boots with feather falling enchant

SCP-682
-Diamond sword with enchants
-Diamond pickaxe with enchants
-Diamond armor with ALL enchants
-Tons of enchanted golden apples (these are the one that need 8 gold BLOCKS)
-TNT (same as 96, but he can use more)

With the sword enchants, they should all have sharpness IV and Unbreaking III. Maybe some should have Knockback II, don't know though.
With the pickaxes enchants, it should be Efficiency IV and Unbreaking III.
For armor, the enchants should be Protection, and Unbreaking. The level depends on the SCP.

Anyway, it would be nice to have a new SCP server up. A few months back I had one up and running as well, but i got a new router and wasn't able to host anymore. I suggest you set up bukkit for the server, because some plugins will make moderating the server much easier. Some plugins can also grant abilities that can be useful for SCPs and other ranks of the server.
