Guys I should probably point out that when the mod is up for download it'll only contain the modded files and not the entire game.

Nah, I'm pretty sure most mods include the game (renamed) and since regalis isn't profiting from the game you should be alright as long as you give him proper credit. You should still ask Steel about it however.
