This, is like the Off Topic forum, but instead of threads there are posts. Basically, one user suggests a topic, and the current topic must be dead for 24 hours before a new one can be chosen.
Topics created before 9 posts are NOT counted. If a topic gets more than 9 posts, every extra post counts as a point. See how many points you can get!
