So I have decided to do a second trailer (besides the official one). Now both of these will be shown to Regalis and Steelpoint so they can either use both or just choose whichever one they like best. I am a little stuck at the moment. I am almost complete with the second trailer, but I am a little stuck on whether I should do some things or not.
SCP-096 is included with it's new model several times. Only thing is I thought it would be a great involvement to include a small tv static interruption while behind of scp-096 and cut to a .5 second clip of him running towards the player and RIGHT before he gets him it cuts back to his back in the last shot. Only problem is I know that showing his front side at all might be somewhat of a real issue since that could possible ruin the point of him almost. So the thing I am stuck on is whether to do this or not. Any ideas? All I really want to know is if anyone thinks I should do that or just leave that tiny part out and replace it with something else?

Hmm, the best I could say would be to shoot it very carefully and/or have a clever way of concealing or 'censoring' 096's face.

Perhaps only show legs as he runs, or make the camera run around the D-Class at the right moment, so that his arms (in a wincing or cringing position) block off 096's head while still showing his body.

I've always thought of making a trailer myself, but was too lazy to ever film it...

Good idea! I might just do that. I am also doing this trailer to your audio track that you let me use. Regalis might choose to use this over the other one cause it freaking rocks so far. Either way I am glad this can be the official trailer! Thanks again Omniary!

I think exceptions can be given. Besides the rules are not the be all and end all.

Besides, he is making a fricken trailer! I think I will let him get away with the occasional double post on his thread.

I wouldn't show him running at all. Just a few shots from his back, and a shot of him getting up with the sound he makes. Would make the viewers wonder what it is and what happens when it gets up. Would also make them NOT want it to get up.

Haha, thanks Steelpoint. So I am already done with the second trailer (the one with Omniary's audiotrack). I did change some stuff to the track and added some parts, but all in all it looks good I think. All I need to do is create the logo for the end to fade in and so on.

That's what I did before I posted this thread. So I got that already, and I decided to not show him running. I decided that about a few minutes after I posted this as well haha. I thought it makes the trailer look scarier without that part and just the shots I got of him from behind. Thanks!

TIME TO SHINE! Finally I can have this used for something, do you like it? I think SCP: Containment Breach could be overlayed on it with a blood spatter. On the other hand, I could convert the ending screen .pt file to a jpeg or something you could use.
