1. Your character must be human(You can be a Ghoul)
2. You character may be female or male.
3. You may own a settlement.
4. You can take loot from characters you have killed.
5. If your character dies make a new one.
6. Don't get mad if someone kills your character.
7. Don't kill someone if they just made a character.
8. You may live in the waists.
9. Your character can get a job in a settlement(Such as a doctor)
10. You can trade with other characters(If they want to)
11. You can use your pipboy to fast travel to settlements(If you have a pipboy)
12. If you want a pipboy try and kill someone who has one.
13. You must hit a character 4 times to kill them.
14. You may strike a character one time every post
15. If you a character has armor you must strike 5 times
16. You may have 2 characters.

Ghouls are also human, they are just immensly radiated. (That's from the from the fallout series btw not taken out of anything else)

I have a question about the fighting. Can you hide, dodge attacks or run away? Is it "realistic" in which a headshot is a kill? Also, when you shoot at someone, do you say that it hit yourself, or do THEY say if it hit or not?

You may hide or run away but you can not dodge. You must say if hit someone

1. Can players party up with a companion that they either have the choice to betray later or keep them?
2. Should we make it so newly created characters can be attacked after people have made 5 posts after the character but the same applies to the character that was newly created cannot attack before those 5 turns
3. Can we get random encounters from the OP? (Deathclaws, molerats, yaoi guai and etc?)
