i have and idea when game starts two mtf come for you so i've been wondering, when protagonist walking across the bridge you can make him listen to the conversation mtfs are having it about moving scps from other site like for example

mtf #1 : hey did you hear
mtf #2 : hear what
mtf #1 : that they are adding other scps from other site to this site
mtf #2 : what! are O 5 going isane what are they thinking and what type of scp
mtf #1 : eculid and keter
mtf #2 : "oh my god!!" what is going on
mtf #1 : something bigger than the foundation itself

does this sound like a good starting

No. The fact that the 05 seems to be isane due to just bringing eculid SCPs from other sites isn't too smart.

what you think should be said open to listen to opinions

Fix the english, grammar, phrasing... pretty much all of it really, and it might be good. It would at least explain why there's so many non-safe SCPs on one containment site. Possibly throw in a few mentions to the lack of foresight over something like a containment breach happening, the lack of a full guard staff...

Having so many unsafe SCPs at one site is cannon. Even with all the ones you find, there are plenty more that you don't. There are plenty of safe SCPs too.
