Well, she landed in some chemicals after she was blasted from an explosion. These chemicals were very different and the result of them mixing together gave her the ability to phase through matter at the cost of her memories and sense of self. Kinda like an insane person mentality.

So your saying that a spontaneous explosion localized enough to effect only Rainbow and no one else (assuming on site due to security protocols) knocked her into an exposed vat of presumed unstable chemicals, and cause her to loose her memories?

Well, I try to make up for that by making some of tongue-in-cheek things (particularly the 895 document). Also, Twilight's background is more tragic than anything.

Now, Omniary did make a rough draft to replace Scoots' current background, of which I'm looking forward to.
