When you are setting up a new game there should be a way to disable commands that you could use to cheat. So players are not tempted to cheat.
This would not disable ALL of the commands such as the seed command.

That's like saying empty all the gas out of your car so you're not tempted to go over the speed limit.

I don't think this is a feature that we need to worry about right now. Nor is it really even needed.

Yeah, if you don't want to cheat, then don't cheat.

Exactly. There's console commands if you want to use it, and if you don't, don't use it. Simple as that.
